Keyboard
Lessons

The enjoyment gained from learning to play the portable electronic Keyboard is almost instantaneous! Many of the features on a good keyboard can be used to make acceptable, even exciting music early on in the learning process.

Moreover, this should not be sneered at by serious musicians, as the keyboard is an excellent vehicle for learning about chords, harmonic structures, and the joys of improvisation, far quicker than the average piano student - and having lots of fun while doing so!

Furthermore, after reaching a certain level, many of the skills learnt can readily be transferred to the piano (jazz or classical) or organ if you wish to continue your studies in any of those directions.

In fact,
the sky’s the limit!

“Robert Page is an excellent teacher. As an adult beginner I have much to learn and Robert has been a patient, encouraging and knowledgeable teacher. He helped me to choose an appropriate keyboard and has shown me how to use many of the functions of the keyboard, which has resulted in my being able to play simple tunes with a full accompaniment within a few months. I am really enjoying my lessons and Robert’s motivating enthusiasm for music.”
